OBDTC specializes in reentry services tailored for young people, centered around transformational leadership principles such as; How to deal with Time and Change, How to Overcome Crisis and How to Deal with Trauma to name a few. These principles are geared to prepare young people for life after incarceration.
Consultation Services
OBDTC offers leadership consultation and training services for caregivers, schools, libraries, churches, community centers and other business organizations, that engage young people, and who are interested in the leadership skills used to engage them.
