OBDTC is a nonprofit youth mentoring organization that provides community supervision, reentry, and treatment services for our at risk youth population from the ages of 7-18yrs old. we offer cognitive behavioral program techniques, designed to aggressively address criminogenic thinking errors that has plagued our young people over the last several years
What makes Ohio Behavioral Diversion & Treatment Center different from other programs
OBDTC offers a program called, "Real Leadership: Success Development for Young Leaders in Training" and is delivered through a trauma-informed approach, teaching leadership principles designed to engage young people right where they are at. Our services provide principles that challenge thinking errors from a strength-based perspective, which transforms the young person into a leader.

OBDTC was designed with at-risk youth and their caregiver in mind. Wisdom informs us that our youth interact with all aspects of society, and so in order for the message to remain consistent, we offer transformational leadership consultation to other programs such as; schools, libraries, churches, community centers, detention centers, etc...
