OBDTC is a youth mentoring group that offers specialized consultation and private coaching to young people ages 7-18yrs old through strength-based, goal focused, one on one coaching. We offer cognitive behavioral program techniques, designed to aggressively address the thinking errors that has plagued our young people over the last several years

OBDTC offers consultation designed around, "Real Leadership: Success Development for Young Leaders in Training" and is delivered through a trauma-informed approach, teaching leadership principles designed to engage young people right where they are at. Our services provide principles that challenge thinking errors from a strength-based perspective, which transforms the young person from the inside out.

OBDTC was designed with at-risk youth and their caregiver in mind. Wisdom informs us that our youth interact with all aspects of society, and so in order for the message to remain consistent, we offer transformational leadership consultation to other programs such as; schools, libraries, churches, community centers, detention centers, etc...
